ABOUT THE ROLE



Daylesford Organic provide experiences that embrace luxury escapism: understated elegance, indulgence and nurture. Each property has been thoughtfully designed to convey a sense of its character and individuality while retaining a feeling of warmth and welcome. We are looking for a Retail Team Member to come enhance our offering to our valued customers

SALARY:

12.64 per hour + Tronc


HOURS:

Full time 40 hours including weekends



Opening Shifts starts 5.30am Closing Shift ends 21.00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES



Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail areas, including shelves, displays, and product storage, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Stock shelves and replenish inventory to ensure products are readily available for customers, while monitoring expiration dates and product quality. Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately, handling payments, returns, and exchanges efficiently while upholding cash handling procedures. Assist in merchandising efforts by participating in product promotions, seasonal displays, and maintaining awareness of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS



Genuine interest in organic and healthy food, with the ability to share product knowledge with customers Excellent customer service skills, creating a welcoming and helpful in-store experience Strong teamwork and communication abilities to support smooth day-to-day operations Attention to detail when handling stock, maintaining displays, and ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards Flexibility and reliability, with a positive attitude toward varied tasks and shifts
