Retail Team Member.3 days a week including a Saturday/Sunday rotation

The Role:

Friendly and customer-focused individual with current retail experience Working at pace ensuring deliveries are managed to a time scale Deliver excellent standards of customer service in our grocers & deli Greet and assist customers to create an enjoyable shopping experience with a friendly and helpful attitude Merchandise produce and carrying out stock rotation Responsible for stock taking and reconciling deliveries Multi-task and prioritise your workload Post Office transactions may form part of this role Flexibility to work shift patterns and alternate weekend days

The Person:

Recent experience in a customer facing retail role A people person and team player with a desire to deliver excellent standards of customer service Able to work in a calm and professional manner when under pressure Great sense of humour Proactive approach to your work, ability to work flexibly and methodically Communicate clearly with a wide range of people at all levels Strong numeracy and IT skills Passion for food & drink will help you to talk to customers about our products
