Location: Appledore

Working Pattern: 3 days per week, including weekend rotation ( working 1 day)

Salary: Up to 12.25 per hour + perks

Retail Team Member

to join our grocery store team in Appledore.

This is a

hands-on retail role

in our bustling grocers - ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service, keeping things organised, and taking pride in well-presented shelves.

What You'll Do:

Work as part of our in-store retail team, supporting the day-to-day running of the shop Deliver warm, helpful and attentive service to our customers Ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy, rotating stock and merchandising fresh produce Handle deliveries efficiently and maintain accurate stock records Assist with stock takes and receiving deliveries Keep the store looking its best, working quickly and methodically during busy periods Take part in a weekend rota, with flexibility to cover holidays and busy times

What You'll Bring:

Previous retail experience

in a customer-facing role (essential) A genuine interest in food, drink and great service A team spirit with the ability to work independently Calm and professional under pressure Strong communication, numeracy and IT skills A friendly, down-to-earth attitude and sense of humour Ideally Post Office trained (but if not training provided)
