is seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable individuals to volunteer their time as

Club Shop Assistants

and support our retail operation at

The J. Davidson Stadium, Moss Lane.

Role: Volunteer Club Shop Assistant



? Location: The J. Davidson Stadium, Altrincham


Hours: Casual, Volunteer Basis (varied shifts covering Fridays and Saturdays, including Matchdays)

What the role involves:

Our Club Shop is a central hub for our fans, offering everything from replica shirts to scarves and souvenirs. As a volunteer, you will be the friendly face of Altrincham FC retail, helping us deliver a top-quality shopping experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

Greeting customers, assisting with product choices (especially kit and sizing), and helping process transactions accurately using the Tablet/POS system.

Stock Management:

Assisting with the organisation, display, and replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor and in storage areas.

Processing Orders:

Preparing and packing online orders for shipping or collection.

Shop Presentation:

Ensuring the shop remains tidy, attractive, and fully stocked, reflecting the high standards of the club.

Matchday Retail:

Providing efficient support during busy matchday periods to maximise sales opportunities.
