The Kew Gardens Retail team is recruiting Weekend Supervisor to support the operation of our Retail shops across the weekend - our peak trading period. The role is based at Kew Gardens and is a key role in delivering sales targets and KPIs whilst leading and supporting the Sales Assistant team.

This part-time permanent post is for 30 hours per week, worked over 4 days. Weekend working is the focus of this role, with the usual working pattern being Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.



Candidates will have experience of Supervising a team in a fast-paced Retail environment with a track record of achieving targets and KPIs. They will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have strong communication skills, being able to manage conflicting priorities and work using their own initiative.



Candidates will be able to demonstrate team working experience and how to encourage a team to develop and perform using positive motivation, addressing any performance issues promptly.

The salary for this position is 29,451 per annum (pro rata) [Grade 3]
