As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and driving sales through effective engagement. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance. Maintain an organised and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves and arranging displays. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Engage with customers to promote products and services, enhancing their shopping experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere. Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing excellent service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
