Responsibilities
Manage and organise office tasks and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring information is easily accessible.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, including logistics such as room bookings and catering arrangements.
Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders in both English and Spanish when necessary.
Skills
Proficiency in English is essential; bilingual or multilingual capabilities (particularly in Spanish) are highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficient in using standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
