AGA Performance Ltd is delighted to invites applicants for the position of Retailer Consultant (Field-Based). You will be an employee of AGA Performance and join an existing team working for our Client, Toyota GB.

The Role

============


This will involve:


Providing a change management consultancy support service through a range of process optimisation projects, to deliver memorable customer experiences and drive improved retailer efficiency across the Toyota and Lexus network. Strengthening the delivery capabilities through supporting business process re-engineering projects, researching digital solutions, removing waste, launching new solutions and enabling modern retailing through leveraging of the IT systems. Analysing and designing business processes to identify alternative solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, exploiting new technologies and automation. Supporting identification of tangible costs and benefits, to help with the development of strong business cases.

You will need to:

Additional Mandatory Requirements

A full driving licence The ability to work at various locations across the UK, including the Toyota GB Head Office in Surrey, and stay away overnight if required Eligibility to work in the UK
