We are a leading broker in Van Insurance and we have three vacancies available to join the Van Insurance Retentions Team!
You will service our existing customer base of over 100,000 drivers. Your role primarily is to retain customers for another year when their policy is about to expire, you will have a range of varied responsibilities such as administrative and financial tasks.

We will offer you a basic salary from 18,000 - 24,000. Upon completing training you will be added onto our team bonus structure which will further increase your earnings subject to team and individual performance. OTE 22,000 - 28,000.
The hours are varied between two shifts Monday to Friday:
Early shifts: 8:30am - 16:50pm
Late shifts: 10:40am - 19:00pm
You will also be expected to work two weekends in a month. Weekend hours are 9:00am - 17:00pm on Saturdays and 10:00am - 17:00pm on Sundays.
We will provide full intensive training. You will be entitled to 20 days of holiday per annuum as well as other benefits such as company pension, career progression opportunities, team and company events and more!
