The post of Retention and Success Project Officer has been introduced to support delivery of objectives in the Education and Student Experience Strategy and Access and Participation Plan.

You will be suited to this role if you are passionate about supporting Bedfordshire\xe2\x80\x99s mission to provide access to higher education for learners from all backgrounds and have an understanding of barriers to students\xe2\x80\x99 engagement with academic studies and wider university life.

The Retention and Success Project Officer will support senior leaders to deliver key projects to enhance the student journey, specifically working on initiatives to ensure students have a positive first year experience. This includes projects related to assessment practices, embedding learner analytics and developing a sense of belonging within the university community.
