How you will Energise Our Team




An exciting opportunity to shape and grow our Retentions function by leading a team of internal Retentions Executives, driving performance to meet and exceed company KPIs and deliver against group objectives. You will motivate and guide the Retentions Sales team, helping the team reach their full potential while creating a platform to achieve the company's targets. You will also ensure the team develops as a key part of the company culture.


Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Lead and manage the sales retention team, setting, implementing, and monitoring departmental goals and targets to achieve key performance objectives Develop and refine processes, procedures, and systems to ensure customer interactions deliver against company objectives and maintain a customer-centric approach Monitor, coach, and support sales executives across all channels, providing training and feedback to maximise team performance and development Provide regular reporting to senior management on departmental progress, milestones, forecasts, and operational effectiveness Work closely with senior management on resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workload allocation to ensure optimal team capacity Foster a "one team" culture, driving engagement, collaboration, and accountability across the department while managing staff issues in line with company policies Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, deliver KPIs, and support the company's digital-first strategy while maintaining high service standards

The Spark we're Looking For



Proven leadership in a sales environment, ideally within the utilities industry A track record in retention or customer loyalty, delivering results in call centre or high-volume customer-facing environments Strong performance management skills, with the ability to set strategic goals, implement plans effectively, monitor progress, and coach teams to achieve success A process improvement mindset, capable of developing, implementing, and refining procedures to drive efficiency and growth Excellent people leadership, motivating, influencing, and inspiring teams while fostering accountability Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, able to prioritise and resolve challenges quickly Resilient, driven, and motivated, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive, solutions-focused approach
