Job Description

This is a high-volume outbound calling B2B sales role, focused on engaging with Clear Businesses existing customers to renew their contracts and retain the products and services Clear Business supply them. A key requirement of the role is that all activity performed aligns to Clear Businesses values and sales behaviors, with a customer-centric focus always maintained.


Outbound call to Clear Business customers to retain and renew products and services contracts
Perform all activity within regulatory standards, GDPR and quality policies
Complete all reports, system and CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner
Develop an expert level knowledge of Clear Business's products, systems and business processes
Create excellent working relationships across the Clear Business colleague community


Achieve all commercial targets in a consistent manner (month-by-month)
Achieve all agreed activity targets
Operate within Clear Business quality guidelines
Achieve all objectives agreed with the Customer Growth Sales Manager
Receive above par scores from customer satisfaction surveys and internal feedback


A minimum of 2-years demonstrable success in a high-volume desk-based B2B sales, retentions or customer service role
Experience of negotiating multiple product, price and contract terms with customers
A good level of understanding of B2B sales processes
A good level of understanding of regulatory requirements impacting B2B sales organisations
Computer literate with experience of sales CRM, and/or Lead Management systems


Good written and verbal communications skills, with an ability to adapt communication styles to individual customers
High level of attention to detail and organisation, with a sense of ownership, pride and responsibility for the accuracy of own work
The drive, resilience and focus required to win in a competitive sales environment
A genuine interest in own development and learning needs, with the energy and desire to act on them to improve own performance
A professional and pleasant demeanour, with the desire to create good working relationships with both colleagues and customers


Industry Experience: Information Technology, Utilities and/or Service provision preferred, but not essential
Location: Within commuting distance of office location, essential

: Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, no evenings, weekends or bank holidays
