Position: Retirement Living Team Leader




Salary:

54,216 per annum




Location: Birmingham, Coventry, Hereford and Worcester




Key Responsibilities:




Reporting to the Retirement Living Manager, you will lead a regional team of Retirement Living Officers and oversee high-quality housing management services across our (Birmingham,Hereford and Worcester / Coventry) retirement living schemes. Responsible for managing one or 2 schemes on a day-to-day basis Play a key role in service delivery and development, partnership building, safeguarding and performance improvement. Leading a culture where customers and colleagues feel valued and supported.

Qualifications and experience:



GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above (or equivalent) A minimum of a level 3 CIH qualification or equivalent At least 5 years' experience in social housing, care, support or other relevant sector Ability to handle customer crises sensitively and responsibly Experience of liaison with external agencies to secure outcomes for customers/communities Experience supporting vulnerable individuals facing mental health issues, addictions, or challenging behaviours (desirable) Customer engagement experience (desirable)
