About the Role
We are seeking a qualified
Retrofit Coordinator
to oversee and manage energy efficiency projects in line withPAS 2035
andECO4
standards. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for an organised professional who can ensure projects are delivered compliantly, on time, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate retrofit projects from assessment through to completion. Ensure compliance with
PAS 2030/2035
and ECO4 scheme requirements. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and risk management. Work closely with Retrofit Assessors, Designers, and Installers. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Maintain strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
(or equivalent) Strong knowledge of PAS 2030/2035 and ECO4. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Previous experience in energy efficiency, housing, or construction is desirable. Proficient with IT systems and project management software.What We Offer
