Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using specific Coordinator and Internal software, ensuring tasks are planned and delivered on time. Coordinate closely with procurement teams to support smooth workflows and clear communication. Assist with the preparation of project documentation, reports, and regular progress updates for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress against agreed schedules and budgets, identifying potential risks or delays at an early stage. Use COTALITY to review and manage, organise and support projects Assist with resource planning by tracking the availability and utilisation of personnel and equipment. Support compliance with PAS2030 and

health and safety requirements

, ensuring standards are upheld across all project activities.
About You

Proven experience in a

project Retrofit coordination role

within the construction sector. Strong working knowledge of

PASHUB / COTALITY

(essential). Experience using

s

preadsheets is highly desirable. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident working with a range of stakeholders. A proactive and methodical approach to problem-solving. Experience working within structured environments with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
