We are seeking a
Retrofit Designer
to strengthen and upskill our Retrofit team at Align Property Services.

What You'll Be Doing:
Design practical, effective energy retrofit solutions for domestic properties in line with PAS 2035 requirements.
Work closely with our Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators and Project Managers to ensure designs are robust, deliverable and compliant.
Visit domestic properties where needed to gather information and verify design feasibility.
Liaise with our Retrofit Coordinators, engineers, contractors and clients to develop and finalise design details.
Ensure all designs align with current building regulations and sustainability targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge through CPD; full PAS 2035 training will be provided if required.
What We're looking For:
Professionally qualified with RICS, CIOB, CIAT or equivalent chartered status.
Experience in building design, retrofit, refurbishment or energy efficiency projects.
Confident communicator and team player.
Committed to high standards and ongoing professional development.
Holds a full UK driving licence and willing to travel locally.
