Retrofit Skills Coach Wanted

Salary: Up to 45,000 + competitive package (pension, 33 days leave, additional benefits)

Hybrid role

The Retrofit Academy CIC is the driving force behind retrofit training in the UK - and we're looking for a

Retrofit Skills Coach

to join our expert team. This is your chance to shape the next generation of retrofit professionals and play a key role in tackling the UK's net zero challenge.

What you'll bring:

Minimum

Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator

(or equivalent retrofit qualification)

3+ years' professional, post-qualification experience

in retrofit or related fields Ideally a teaching/assessing qualification - but

full training provided

if not yet achieved Experience in training, mentoring, or assessing learners (desirable) Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and learner focus

What you'll do:

Deliver engaging retrofit training and assessment (classroom, online & bespoke delivery) Assess learner work, providing constructive feedback and timely support Mentor and coach learners to achieve their goals and grow in confidence Contribute to course development, ensuring content reflects the latest industry standards Support quality assurance and continuous improvement of training delivery
