We're now looking for a Returns & Repack Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Timely processing of all returns in line with agreed SLA's Process returns, repack and put back into stock Salvage damaged stock Wash//Dry service of premium goods Assist with stock control Arranging returns of any stock to customers or suppliers in a timely manner in line with agreed SLA's Liaising with customer/supplier via email and direct calling to enhance the customer experience Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to all rules and regulations

PC literate Good numeric skills Experience working in a Warehouse environment Experience using a warehouse management system - desirable
