Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity to appoint a new Returns Team Member at our warehouse at our Stafford site (DC3). Working within our Stock & Systems Department and reporting to the Returns Team Manager, you will be involved with the reverse logistics of multiple return categories of stock, ensuring that all Returns movements - in and out of the department, are administered and controlled in line with agreed procedures. This position will be on our rotating shift operating between 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 rotating on a weekly basis.

What you'll do on a typical day:

Receive and audit inbound returns including unloading and loading trailers.

Prepare stock for inter site transfers and RTV collections.

Monitor and report stock damages returning from TCs

Process Mints, Derange, QA and Overstock extraction returns

Prepare the layout of reverse pick aisles weekly

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Experience of warehouse management systems within a distribution operation.

Flexible and have a high level of self-motivation in what is an extremely time critical operation.

PC skills required data entry and use of e-mails.

Able to operate MHE and act upon initiative

Physically able to carry out manual activities
