Job Scope
The Revenue Manager for is responsible for overseeing revenue management and distribution strategies across multiple hotel properties in the key markets. The primary goal is to maximize revenue, drive profitability, and ensure operational efficiency by improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates while tailoring approaches for region.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive revenue management strategies across multiple hotels in company, considering each property's unique positioning.
Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and competitor strategies to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
Oversee the inventory management across all distribution channels to ensure optimal balance between direct bookings and third-party platforms as well as manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution
Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting
Set and adjust pricing across different markets and segments to drive revenue and profitability.
Provide detailed revenue forecasting reports for each property and for the cluster as a whole. Use data-driven insights to report on trends and make adjustments to strategies.
Create and maintain a rolling demand calendar
Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional
Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc...) points
Conduct quarterly property performance reviews and develop strategic and tactical action
Prepare an outline for and support the annual revenue budget process
Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, crew, groups, etc...)
Maintain a rolling demand calendar reflecting peak periods, holidays (e.g., Wimbledon, local festivities), and major events in the area.
Ensure that websites and booking processes for responsible hotels are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations and guest expectations (including language, currency, and region-specific promotions
Work closely with the sales, marketing, reservations, and finance departments of each hotel to ensure a cohesive revenue management strategy. Facilitate regular communication across properties to align on goals and strategies. Build relationships with local tourism boards, industry associations, and commercial partners to identify new revenue opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing campaigns tailored to local and international markets, enhancing direct bookings and promoting upsell opportunities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel revenue management, with prior multi-property management experience highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with an advanced understanding of hotel revenue management processes and strategies.
A strong command of both written and spoken English is required.
Proficiency in Spanish and Arabic language skills is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with sensitivity to cross cultural business contexts.
Proficiency in hotel revenue management systems and tools, and strong command of Excel and data analysis tools.
Ability to work across different time zones and travel as required.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets used in this markets.
