Client-Facing | 15-20 hrs/week | SaaS & B2B Focus | Employee Role

part-time Revenue Operations professional

to help us design and deploy smart, scalable go-to-market systems for our B2B clients. You'll be a key player in delivering our three core programs:

Growth System Design

(strategy-to-systems transformation)

Go-to-Market Engineering

(stack and workflow architecture)

Account-Based Growth

(campaign activation and enablement)
This is a

part-time position

, ideal for someone with deep RevOps expertise who enjoys meaningful, high-impact work without full-time hours. You'll be working with ambitious B2B organisations, helping them turn complexity into clarity through better systems, smarter tooling, and integrated workflows.

Role Details



Part-time position

(15-20 hours/week with flexible working patterns) Remote & async-first Start date: Preferably August or September 2025 Must be eligible to work in the U.K.

What You'll Do



Serve as the

RevOps lead

on client projects, collaborating with strategists, marketers, and GTM engineers Translate strategy into CRM architecture, automation, segmentation, and workflows Build and optimize go-to-market stacks (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Workato) to support client growth Support account-based campaign enablement: lead scoring, routing, reporting, and enablement infrastructure

Translate complexity into clarity

: Document your work in clear, accessible language--so both clients and internal teams can confidently understand and operate the CRM architectures and workflows you've designed. Your work contributes not just to delivery, but to building scalable internal IP.

Work independently, collaborate intentionally

: You're comfortable owning your area of work with autonomy, while maintaining regular, proactive communication with both clients and colleagues to ensure alignment, momentum, and shared understanding.

Train and enable

client teams to operate the systems you help implement

What You Bring



5+ years of Revenue Operations experience

, ideally in B2B SaaS environments Deep proficiency in

HubSpot

or

Salesforce

(ideally both) Strong experience with

automation/integration tools

such as Workato, N8N, Make or Zapier Familiarity with common GTM tools:

Apollo, Fibbler, Clay, Trigify, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, 6sense, RollWorks

Understanding of B2B sales methodologies such as

MEDDPICC

, and how they influence pipeline stages, qualification frameworks, and CRM design Strong systems thinking: ability to connect process, tools, and data to strategic outcomes Confident working directly with clients and internal delivery teams Operational fluency with our internal tools:

Bit.ai, Hive, Slack, G Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Miro

Experience embedding or managing

account-based workflows

CRM-based

reporting, attribution, and lifecycle stage design

Cross-functional experience across

marketing, sales, and CS

Experience working in a consultancy, agency, or embedded client delivery role

Compensation

: The salary for this role is in the region of

60,000 per year (pro-rated for part-time)
