We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team and drive efficiency across our sales processes. This role will serve as the frontline CRM administrator (HubSpot) for our sales team and will focus on maintaining data integrity, building useful workflows/reports, and enabling our sales reps to be as effective as possible. The ideal candidate is passionate about process improvement, highly proficient in HubSpot, and eager to optimise the day-to-day operations that increase revenue and sales productivity.
About the role
Join a dynamic team where you'll take ownership of our HubSpot CRM, ensuring it's finely tuned to track key performance indicators and pipeline stages that drive business success. You'll design smart workflows and automations that streamline lead assignments, email cadences, and task reminders--working closely with our Dev Team to integrate sales tools across the organisation. Your expertise will keep our data clean and actionable through regular audits and best practice enforcement, while your insights will shape sales strategy via custom dashboards and performance analysis.
As the go-to support for our sales team, you'll empower reps with training, playbooks, and onboarding resources that promote consistency and efficiency. You'll continuously refine sales processes based on feedback and performance data, recommending improvements that boost productivity and conversion rates. From reviewing complex deals for compliance to collaborating with Marketing and Finance on lead flow and commission accuracy, your cross-functional impact will be felt across the business. About you
The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator with proven hubspot experience and:2-5 years in Sales/Revenue Operations, with strong HubSpot CRM experience.
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a bonus.
Process-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
