RevOps Systems & AI Specialist

to help us scale our go-to-market operations by owning the tools, data, and AI-powered workflows that keep our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams running smoothly.

What You'll Work On



Tech Stack Ownership & Optimization



You'll be the go-to person for our GTM tools- HubSpot, Planhat, Gong, and others- ensuring they're integrated, well-maintained, and configured to support fast-moving teams.

Own and optimize our GTM systems and integrations Maintain clean, reliable data across platforms Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into system workflows

AI-Driven Innovation



We're embedding AI into our daily work. You'll help lead that transformation.

Identify and implement AI use cases across GTM Automate tasks like email sequencing, call summaries, lead scoring, and reporting Enable adoption by building playbooks, training sessions, and support

Reporting, Automation & Insights



Data is at the heart of good decisions. You'll make sure our teams have the insights and workflows they need.

Build and maintain dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and CS Create automations that support lead routing, onboarding, renewals, and more Support leadership with ad hoc reporting and data analysis

You'll Do Great Here If You:



Have hands-on experience owning systems like HubSpot (and ideally Gong or Planhat) Love building smart workflows and automated processes Get excited about making AI useful--not just cool Are comfortable translating business needs into scalable solutions Enjoy working across teams, understanding their pain points, and solving for them

What We're Looking For



Experience in Revenue Operations, CRM/MarTech systems, or similar Proven ability to manage and scale GTM system Working knowledge of AI tools and practical applications in a B2B setting A background in SaaS or fast-paced, cross-functional environments A mindset that blends curiosity, ownership, and a love of clean, smart systems
