Revenue/ Reservationist
You will have autonomy over the day-to-day management of the Front office and Reservations departments.
What You'll Do:
Manage and oversee all front office operations, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service.
Oversee the reservations team.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize workflow.
Handle guest inquiries, provide local recommendations, and resolve any issues with professionalism and poise.
Oversee the management of guest services technology and software.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and team development.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
