Are you highly organised, adaptable and ready to take on a fast-paced administrative role? We're on the lookout for a Reverse Logistics Administrator to join our busy team at WeBuyAnyPhone. This is a vital role, as it ensures our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
This position offers great exposure across multiple business functions and a rare opportunity to gain deep insight into how we manage our inbound returns, customer communications, and claims processes.
The Details:
Location - Fully office based in Whiteley, Hampshire (near Solent Hotel)
Hours - Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays!)
Salary - 25,000 per year
Your role will involve (but is not limited to):
Manage all inbound returns daily, including receiving, logging, assessing, and coordinating dispatch actions
Gain a solid understanding of return scenarios to support accurate and effective claims handling
Communicate professionally and clearly with customers and sales channel reps through written correspondence
Maintain focus and professionalism while managing multiple cases in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience:
Admin experience in logistics, returns, or claims environments
Background in high-intensity administration roles
