JOB DESCRIPTION



Juvenis Maxime is seeking experienced industry professionals in Product Design, Animation, and Film Production to join our team as Reviewers for our Job Simulation Projects (Art & Creative Technology Field). In this role, you will review and refine career-focused, project-based learning materials that simulate real-world creative industry work for secondary and pre-university students.

These materials are pre-developed by our internal team and are designed to reflect authentic industry workflows, tools, constraints, and decision-making processes in an engaging and age-appropriate format. This role is specifically intended for practicing industry professionals, not purely academic reviewers, to ensure the highest level of practical and commercial relevance.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Review job simulation project content related to:

Product Design (e.g., jewelry, lifestyle products, consumer goods, craft-to-commercial products) Animation & Film Production (e.g., animation, motion graphics, digital storytelling, short-form video, film design)
Verify that all workflows, tasks, and deliverables reflect real-world creative industry practice, not academic-only theory.

Evaluate whether the simulated processes accurately represent:

Market-inspired ideation and concept development User-centered and audience-centered design thinking Materials, production, and manufacturing considerations (for physical products) Pre-production, production, and post-production pipelines (for animation & film) Cost, feasibility, and timeline awareness
Assess the clarity, realism, and professional logic of student tasks, briefs, and project scenarios.

Identify and flag any unrealistic, outdated, inaccurate, or impractical elements in the simulation design.

Collaborate with the JM content development team to adjust project structure, refine task design, and strengthen industry alignment.

Provide clear, practical, and actionable recommendations to improve realism, creativity, and career relevance.

Perform final practical quality assurance reviews before projects are released for classroom delivery or competition use.

REQUIREMENTS



Minimum 5-10 years of professional industry experience in one or more of the following areas:

Product Design / Industrial Design Jewelry Design / Lifestyle & Consumer Product Development Animation / Motion Design Film Production / Video Content Creation / Digital Media
Currently practicing or formerly employed as a:

Product Designer, Industrial Designer, or Product Development Lead Animator, Motion Designer, Film Designer, Video Producer, or Creative Lead Creative Director, Design Lead, or Founder of a design-driven or media-driven company
Demonstrated experience in:

Full creative production cycles (from concept to execution) Commercial creative project delivery Cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, marketing, or media teams
Strong ability to provide professional-level creative critique and practical guidance.

Clear written communication skills and the ability to translate industry expertise into student-appropriate, actionable feedback.

Experience mentoring interns, junior designers, or early-career creatives is a strong advantage.

Highly detail-oriented, ethically responsible, and committed to bridging education with real industry practice.

WORK ARRANGEMENT



Remote, flexible schedule Project-based workload (estimated 10-20 hours/month depending on volume)
