Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Technician to join our team. The position is available as a full-time role.. We offer a competitive salary based on experience and skillset.

The role is based in Derby, so ability to commute or relocate is a must. Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Working on Revit-based projects from conception through to completion Producing high-quality final Revit sheets Conducting quality assessments and ensuring technical accuracy Clearly communicating project intentions, deadlines and work scopes with both the internal team and clients Explaining our methods, reasoning and design interpretations to clients

Candidate Requirements:

Good understanding and practical experience with Revit. Strong understanding of engineering principles related to building design and construction. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance in all deliverables. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Problem-solving abilities to address design challenges efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing tasks to meet deadlines Good work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude. Ability to speak fluent English.

Desirable Qualities:

Minimum 3 years of regular Revit use (educational or professional setting) A Bachelor's degree in Science, Architecture & Technology OR a similar qualification A Full UK Driving Licence
