The RevOps Analyst role at Gain.pro

In order to support the growth of the company, Gain.pro is now looking to hire a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join the company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing, sales, customer success and finance teams. The new RevOps Analyst will be joining at a pivotal point in time as the organisation will continue its steep growth trajectory during 2024. This role will be London-based.


What will you be responsible for?

As we grow the business across Europe and beyond, the new RevOps Analyst will ensure there is full alignment between our Go-to-Market and Finance teams with the overall objective of maximising ARR. The new hire will be a core member of our Finance team and will work closely with the Go-to-Market functions. This entails:

1. Sales Process Optimization:

  • Collaborating with sales leadership to streamline and optimize sales processes.
  • Implementing and maintaining sales enablement tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations.
  • Conducting regular reviews of sales processes to identify areas for improvement.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyzing sales, marketing and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for revenue growth.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all revenue-related systems used in marketing, sales and customer success, and finance more broadly.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Fostering collaboration between our sales, customer success, marketing and finance teams to ensure full alignment.
  • Acting as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and information flow.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects to drive revenue initiatives.
4. Technology Management:
  • Overseeing the implementation and management of revenue operations technologies (CRM, CS tool, marketing automation, etc.).
  • Identifying opportunities for technology enhancements to support revenue goals.
  • Training and supporting teams in utilizing relevant tools effectively.
5. Forecasting and pipeline management:
  • Assist in the development of revenue forecasts based on sales pipeline data.
  • Monitor actual performance against forecast and budget, providing regular updates to leadership.

Who are you?


The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process. You are excited by high-growth technology companies and are someone who flourishes in dynamic environments with broad responsibilities. Also, you like to roll up your sleeves and are output-focused. Moreover, we are looking for the following:

  • Education \xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • Relevant experience \xe2\x80\x93 At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 of proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, ideally in a SaaS business.
  • Systems knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Structured \xe2\x80\x93 You are well-organised and like to plan ahead.
  • Communication \xe2\x80\x93 You display superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical \xe2\x80\x93 You have great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail \xe2\x80\x93 You have an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-starting \xe2\x80\x93 You proactively come up with new ideas and independently drive progress and you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Languages \xe2\x80\x93 You are fluent in English.
