The Opportunity: As a RevOps Analyst, you\'ll be at the forefront of our GTM strategy across the UK and US operations, working closely with our COO, customer success and sales teams, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A. As the handler for sales and success, you will be the focal point of contact for reporting, focused on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounts and contacts data in our Hubspot system. What will you be doing?

  • Contributing across all areas of the GTM strategy to direct scalable growth. Having hands-on involvement with all things reporting via Hubspot, providing insights, designing and implementing data-centric processes applied across client tracking, commission structures, events, new launches, forecasting and much more.
  • Optimising our CRM tooling, pushing workflow automation and ensuring the data is accurate, telling the up to date story, helping shape target accounts lists for the sales team.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators to provide insights to the leadership team.
  • Assisting the customer success and sales teams with team events, campaign list creation and consistent tracking so that the teams can be effective in everything they do.
  • Providing clear documentation and training to sales and marketing team members on the use of the sales stack and related processes.
  • Involvement with launch projects. Participating in cross-functional projects as needed to support the broader goals of the organisation
  • Trail-blazing new initiatives; looking for impact, proactively striving for optimisation. Looking to streamline and scale using data, process and systems analysis.

  • Seasoned analytical skills, with a combined ability to synthesize data to glean actionable insights to make informed business decisions.
  • Punctilious in every task. You\xe2\x80\x99re methodological and organised and always looking to iterate revenue operations process documentation.
  • You know what matters through a natural sense for prioritisation, delivering the critical initiatives accurately, when they are needed.
  • You\'re all about the outcome; ensuring every project is results-driven, taking full ownership of end-to-end executions.
  • 2+ years of experience across consultancy, tech organisations, in a RevOps team, or as a business analyst.
  • Experience using HubSpot.
  • B2B experience.
  • Extensive understanding of sales and marketing processes, and how optimise standards utilising the CRM and marketing automation tools.
