The Role




This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the United Kingdom; however, preference will be given to candidates who are able to be in the London Office 3 days per week.



We're seeking a Revenue & Sales Operations Manager who combines strategic revenue operations experience with a strong command of reporting, analytics, and sales process execution. This role is critical in scaling Fusion's go-to-market engine -- enabling data-driven growth while supporting the sales team with efficient documentation processes and CRM hygiene.



This individual will be responsible for owning reporting infrastructure, managing cross-functional GTM initiatives, and supporting the sales cycle with precise, compliant, and timely documentation. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical fluency, project management expertise, and operational rigor -- along with the ability to leverage emerging AI capabilities to improve sales performance and forecasting accuracy.


Key responsibilities include:




GTM Reporting & Analytics




Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reporting to support visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and funnel conversion. Use tools like Salesforce, Clari, and BI platforms to surface insights from lead to renewal. Monitor and ensure accuracy of critical CRM data and reporting outputs.

Sales Process & Documentation Support




Collaborate with Sales Reps and Leaders to prepare Service Orders, Change Orders, Renewals, Addendums, and Cancellations. Support contract creation and redlining, ensuring all documentation meets internal compliance and audit standards. Troubleshoot and support complex billing structures in partnership with Sales and Business Operations.

CRM System Management




Validate accuracy and timeliness of CRM opportunity data. Review renewal opportunities in partnership with Sales and Management. Own regular CRM data validation via reports, and ensure process compliance.

Sales Documentation Workflow




Prepare and manage documents through DocuSign -- ensuring proper formatting, routing, and status tracking. Act as liaison between Sales and Business Operations to ensure documentation is aligned with deal structure and policy.

AI-Driven Revenue Optimization




Identify and implement AI-powered tools to enhance sales productivity (e.g., forecasting, deal scoring, conversational intelligence). Partner with GTM teams to operationalize AI-generated insights across pipeline reviews and customer engagement workflows.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities




5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Contract admin or related GTM functions Strong analytical and reporting skills; advanced Excel and familiarity with BI tools Hands-on experience with Salesforce and related RevOps tools (Clari, CPQ, DocuSign) Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their application in sales or forecasting is a plus Excellent communication and project management skills

Milestones for the First Six Months





In one month, you will:


Onboard successfully and build context on Fusion's GTM strategy, systems, and sales workflows. Establish key relationships across Sales, Business Operations, and GTM leadership. Begin delivering immediate support on high-priority documentation and process tasks.

In three months, you will:


Take ownership of reporting cadence, documentation processing, and early-stage RevOps initiatives. Deliver improvements in CRM accuracy, sales doc turnaround time, and forecast visibility. Take over weekly/monthly CRM data validation and reporting processes. Develop / refine key dashboards (e.g., pipeline health, forecast accuracy, renewal visibility). Identify opportunities for basic AI/automation improvements (e.g., auto-flagging stale opps, improving renewal workflows).

In six months, you will:


Fully own the QA, and processing of key sales documents (MSAs, SOWs, renewals, cancellations). Lead or co-lead cross-functional RevOps projects tied to planning, forecasting, or sales process optimization. Establish Fusion best practices for AI-driven insights, sales documentation workflow, and RevOps systems support.
