What you'll do day to day
Compensation Analysis:
Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess the competitiveness of compensation and benefits package. Collate data for submission in annual salary survey submissions.
Annual Cyclical Reward Processes:
Analyse compensation data to inform pay structure decisions and salary reviews. Assist in the annual pay review process and provide analytical support for compensation planning.
Incentive Programs:
Support the design and implementation of incentive programs, including bonuses and commission structure.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with reward strategies.
Data Management and Analysis:
Prepare and present reports on reward analytics, highlighting trends and recommendations for improvement.
Employee Engagement:
Partner with the broader People team and management to communicate reward strategies simply and effectively to ensure employees understand the value of their total rewards.

Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment
Comfortable in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Mindful and diligent data sensitivity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support employees at all levels.
