In the People team, we partner with people across our business to help to make Heathrow a place where everyone is accepted for who they are and can achieve their best.

We're a community of human resources and health and safety professionals, encompassing all aspects of HR and wellbeing. Whether your passion is in business partnering, reward, learning and development, or any other specialist area, you'll be part of a team creating and delivering Heathrow's innovative People Strategy. In this dynamic role, you'll help develop and deliver our evolving reward framework, supporting key compensation and benefits activities that underpin our People and business objectives.

You'll work closely with colleagues across our People team, offering expert guidance and insight on reward matters. As a key member of the team, you'll help with annual reward cycles, improve processes, analyse data, and support strategic projects, making a significant difference across the organisation.

If you thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy solving complex challenges, and are passionate about creating a workplace where colleagues feel valued and rewarded, this is an exciting opportunity to grow and make a difference.

Supporting Reward Cycles & Projects: Contributing to the delivery of key reward initiatives, including annual compensation processes, benefits renewals, and wider reward change projects. Enhancing Reward Processes: Identifying, recommending, and helping to implement improvements across reward systems, processes, and documentation to strengthen efficiency and colleague experience. Managing Stakeholder & Colleague Queries: Handling escalated colleague questions, managing provider and internal stakeholder relationships, and support clear communication around reward activities.

Ideally you will have experience at Reward Advisor level. Demonstrable ability to multi-task on numerous topics of varying project lengths and complexities. Strong numerical capability with the ability to interpret data to support sound business decisions. Proficient and confident in Excel.
