Salary: 43,327 - 45,607



Location: Ealing office base with Hybrid working. However, you could also work out of our Staines and Winchester offices



Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week



DBS check required: Basic




Role Overview



We are looking for a

Reward and Performance Advisor

to join our dedicated People Services department. The successful candidate will play a key supporting role in the delivery and continuous improvement of our reward, recognition, and performance management initiatives. Working closely with the Reward & Performance Manager and other stakeholders, you will help ensure our reward and performance processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with organisational objectives.


Key responsibilities:



Support the Reward & Performance Manager in the design, delivery and ongoing review of salary, grading, benefits and recognition programmes by preparing data, reports and materials for review Collaborate with the People Service Centre team to help deliver cyclical reward processes, ensuring communication and documentation including training material for managers and employees are up to date and published Assist with the preparation of reports and audits relating to reward and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely information is available as required Assist with conducting regular benchmarking, job evaluation, market research as directed by the Reward & Performance Manager Liaise with external providers to gather market data and update benchmarking information Support with the ongoing development and improvement of performance management processes, by preparing communications, reports, and manager resources whilst ensuring best practice and feedback from across the organisation are considered by the Reward & Performance Manager Provide first line advice and guidance on reward and performance to managers and employees, ensuring responses are clear, consistent and timely Support the Reward & Performance Manager in providing guidance materials and briefings to managers, employees and HR colleagues Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal, compliance, and industry requirements, supporting the Reward & Performance Manager in ensuring our policies and practices are compliant

More about you



Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math's and English (Grades A- C)
CIPD qualified or relevant reward qualification Experience supporting reward and recognition programmes in complex organisations Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience handling HR or people data Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and HR systems Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
