Reward Lead (Fixed-Term - 18 months)




Peabody is seeking a

Reward Lead

to spearhead a comprehensive review and redesign of our pay and reward framework. This is a unique opportunity to shape a transparent, equitable, and future-ready reward model that aligns with our values and strategic direction.

About the Role




As Reward Lead, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of a critical project focused on job families, grading architecture, and data integrity. You'll lead the development and implementation of a simplified and fair reward framework, while also advising on the long-term operating model, systems, and capabilities needed to sustain it.

Key Responsibilities



Lead a strategic review of Peabody's pay and reward approach. Develop and implement job families, grading structures, and role profiles. Deliver annual reward cycles including annual salary reviews and gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting. Ensure alignment with DE&I goals, internal equity, and market competitiveness. Engage and advise senior stakeholders across the organisation. Maintain data integrity and develop reward dashboards for continuous improvement. Provide strategic recommendations to the Executive Team and Board.

About You




You are a confident and analytical reward professional with:

A degree or equivalent experience within reward. Strong numerical and Excel skills, with experience handling complex data sets. Proven experience in reward across multiple geographies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, resilient, and business-savvy mindset.
