We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward Partner to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed term contract based in central Bristol.???This position will cover our global offices with a focus on the UK, USA and China.
Role Summary
What will you be doing?
The Reward Partner will be responsible for leading the implementation of our pay and reward strategy across IOPP globally, support our benefits provision across the IOP Group, alongside managing the day-to-day reward activities.
The Reward Partner will work closely with the HR Leadership Team and the business and has significant stakeholder engagement across the IOPP Executive team, leaders in the international geographies and the HR team.
The role will also have key stakeholder relationship across the IOP Group, managing the group wide benefits provision.
Key job accountabilities:
Lead and support the implementation of the company wide Reward strategy.
Lead and manage the Pay Framework and ensure the framework is regularly reviewed
Support and manage the sales commission schemes and ensuring the schemes are reviewed regularly
Work closely with Finance colleagues to ensure alignment to budgets
Support the Annual Salary and Bonus cycle.
Manage the pay benchmarking suppliers and ensure our market data is up to date.
Ensure the pay ranges and market salary ranges are updated annually.
Manage the IOPP bonus process working closely with Finance.
Support the review and implementation of the group wide benefits.
Support the management of the group insurance schemes.
About you:
Knowledge & previous experience
Previous experience in a similar role
Proven experience of providing expert reward solutions to multiple geographic regions.
Subject Matter Expert in Hay Job Evaluation and benchmarking or equivalent
Demonstrable success at building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships across senior management.
Experience of annual reward cycles and flexible benefits administration - including working with external benefits providers
Excellent networking and presentation skills
CIPD member (preferred but not essential)
