Purpose of the Role
Join the HR Function as a Reward, Talent and Performance Process Specialist, supporting the implementation of standardized, Volkswagen Group-wide HR processes as part of Bentley's Hello Success programme-an exciting opportunity to contribute to the world's largest SuccessFactors transformation.
Reporting to the Head of Talent and Reward, you'll be instrumental in driving Bentley's process and systems transformation across Reward, Talent, and Performance. You'll help align and evolve current processes in line with newly designed global standards, spanning key areas such as compensation, performance management, succession planning, colleague development, and talent management.
From day one, you'll deliver hands-on support to users, guiding them through change with clarity and confidence. Whether helping teams navigate the new system, answering queries, or resolving issues in real-time, you'll be the go-to expert and a true advocate for change.
You'll be at the centre of a major transformation-leading the rollout of Bentley's new Talent and Reward processes and making a meaningful impact on how our people develop, perform, and thrive.
