The RFP Specialist is tasked with assisting and completing International RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in a timely manner on behalf of the International Account and Customer Success Managers. This role is responsible for ensuring the proper procedures are followed to complete RFPs which includes collaborating with the legal and infosec teams, sales leadership and regional sales personnel on all RFPs.
Responsibilities:
Fill out International RFPs, RFQs, RFIs for Account Managers in Enterprise Sales, SMB Sales, and Customer Success in a timely manner
Stay in tight coordination with the International Account Managers you are working with on the RFP, RFQ, or RFI, as to timeline, data, and accomplishment
Use the appropriate channels and workflows when working with legal or other departments on the filling out of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
Develop, arrange, and ensure the library data is updated to answer all RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs appropriately
Develop and maintain good relations and coordination with legal and InfoSec in the accomplishment of above
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce a plus
