Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the well-being of patients in a variety of settings. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately. Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as needed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Skills

Strong clinical assessment skills to evaluate patient conditions effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour. Proficient in using electronic health record systems for documentation purposes. Knowledge of infection control practices and safety protocols in a healthcare setting. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Empathy and compassion towards patients, providing emotional support when necessary.
