Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in continuous professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical settings. Proven experience in patient care, demonstrating empathy, patience, and strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in nursing.
