Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care, particularly in the Nursing setting. This role requires effective communication skills in English and the ability to manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals while ensuring the well-being of residents in our care.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional nursing care to service users. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure comprehensive understanding of care plans. Monitor and assess the health status of patients, documenting changes and reporting concerns as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans for service users. Manage daily operations within the Nursing home, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to staff and support their professional development.

Experience

Qualified Registered Nurse with relevant nursing degree and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Previous experience working in a care home setting is highly desirable. Proven ability to communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. Leadership skills with experience managing teams or projects within a healthcare environment. A valid driving licence is preferred due to location.
