We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Synergy Carers Limited. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care and support to patients, ensuring their health and comfort while promoting recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans. Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Working across both day and night shifts as required.

Requirements

Valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse in the UK. Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and patient care practices. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: 26.00-28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week
