Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical histories. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety. Stay updated on best practices in nursing care and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Compassionate approach to patient care with strong problem-solving skills.
