About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care to residents. Working as part of a dedicated nursing team, you'll ensure care services meet the highest standards while respecting dignity and promoting independence. Your focus will be on the health and well-being of residents, including those with complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess residents' needs and create individualised care plans.
Administer medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines.
Monitor health conditions and liaise with GPs and other professionals when required.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Provide mentorship and guidance to new and less experienced staff.
Promote a culture of compassion, professionalism, and safety.
About You
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid PIN.
Prior experience in a nursing role within a care setting.
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly across day, night, and weekend shifts.
Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering outstanding care.
