We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities



Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and managing patient comfort. Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised care plans. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards. Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions. Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, providing reassurance and support. Ensure infection control procedures are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements



Valid registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosages, contraindications, and side effects. Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 25.00 per hour
