Duties

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to assess patient needs effectively and provide appropriate interventions. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the healthcare facility. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.

Requirements

Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to nursing practice. Proficiency in medication administration techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating strong organisational skills. A compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on empathy and understanding.
