Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition promptly. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety regulations within the healthcare setting.

Requirements

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
