Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical settings. Proven experience in patient care, demonstrating empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Commitment to upholding ethical standards in nursing practice.
