We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Monitor patients' vital signs and health status, documenting changes and reporting concerns to the medical team. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support for patients and their families. Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organisational policies. Participate in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessment and care strategies. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
