Overview
We are seeking a number of experienced Registered Nurses to join our team, both day and night shifts available. Experience in Dementia essential. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in a clinical setting.
Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on health management
Skills
- Proficient in patient care practice
- A sound knowledge of dementia/ mental health needs
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
