Your role will include:
Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care*
Supporting residents with their health, wellbeing, and dignity at all times*
Administering medications and maintaining accurate clinical records*
Leading and mentoring care staff, fostering a positive team culture*
Working in partnership with families, GPs, and healthcare professionals*
What we're looking for:
NMC registered RGN qualification*
A genuine passion for delivering excellent elderly care*
Strong clinical knowledge with good leadership and communication skills*
A team player who is also confident working independently when needed*
